Lovely sandy beaches with impressive castles such as Bamburgh and Dunstanburgh will leave memories never to be forgotten.
The wild Cheviots to the North and rolling Pennines to the West make Northumberland a walkers paradise. Many long distance footpaths including The Pennine Way, Hadrians Wall Trail and St. Cuthberts Way criss-cross the county. Cyclists have access to miles of byways and bridleway routes amidst breath-taking scenery.
