Chapel House is a detached cottage and accessed from the public highway by a private driveway (no gate). The driveway is tarmac roughly 50 yards in length and sloping. It leads to a level tarmac area to the side of the cottage. There is a large expansive car parking area to the west side of the cottage and approximately 25yds away from the main house. The car park has a rough surface of gravel and hogging (larger stones)

The pathway to the cottage is tarmac then gravel directly in front of the house. There are two entry doors. Both entries have steps and are unsuitable for wheelchair access. The porch door has one step and the utility door has two steps.

Inside the porch door .  there is another door taking you into the main open plan downstairs area. All floors are wood laminate laid over with rugs. There is a doorway through to the utility room. The second access door to the outside is from the utility room. There is a separate downstairs w.c. leading from the utility room.

From the open plan area there is a single flight of steps leading to the first floor. The stairs are carpeted as is the first floor landing. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. The bedrooms and the bathroom have wood laminate flooring.
